| Do you own a website, then I have the coolest tool for you to use, it just cam out of beta and it’s free to all (unless you get a ton of traffic) It is called woopra and it is a real time analytics program. I have been using Woopra ever since the beginning of the closed beta and am very impressed, the real time analytic's seems completely pointless... but it is soo addicted to use. It enables you to, sort of, spy on your customers to see exactly the path they take. I find this very helpful in because it really shows how good your navigation is. You get real time information about every user that is currently using your site, such as browsers, operating systems and location. Also if you are a programmer, you can integrate it with your site with an API, so your users are actually called their usernames etc. | ||||
